The government of Turks and Caicos said that three Americans Hagerich, Michael Lee Evans, and Tyler Wenrich—had pled guilty to the charge of possessing ammunition while on the road.
Due to a “severe” medical emergency, Smith granted Evans permission to return to the United States; nevertheless, he must return to Turks and Caicos for his upcoming hearing.
Ryan Tyler Watson, a fourth American, will be heard Tuesday, according to Smith, to decide whether to make a plea or proceed to trial.
